With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry, Renae’s journey began in a local salon before transitioning to the Hunter Valley where she honed her skills in spa and wellness. A keen interest in product ingredients and skin health prompted her to pursue and successfully complete a Bachelor of Biomedical Science.
This academic background deepened her understanding of the human body and health sciences, paving the way for a more holistic treatment approach. Recognizing a niche in the market for natural brow design and skin-focused clinics, Renae embarked on extensive research and years of dedication to turn her vision of SkinDeep into a thriving reality.

Fueled by a genuine passion for nurturing and uplifting others, Gemma finds joy in making individuals feel truly amazing. Her fascination with beauty blossomed from personal experiences at home, where she experimented with facials and pampered friends, ultimately sparking her interest in the study of beauty.
Joining the SkinDeep Team in July 2022, Gemma is driven by a desire to empower clients to embody their best selves. She takes great pleasure in performing body waxing, facial waxing, and skincare treatments, recognizing how these services enhance clients’ confidence and celebrate their inherent beauty.
